New Year, New Website Redesign!!!

Hello, everyone! It’s Reichisama! As you can already tell, I have officially rebranded my site from Wada Rachel to Reichisama Site! And no, this is not a joke at all, these changes are permanent!

Ever since I started posting on Twitter, I had never really posted anything on this site in a loooong while, and because of the many criticized changes that Elon has made to the platform, I thought that I would come back to my site and start posting drawings there again. However, the site is almost 5 years old, and I didn't really like the white theme and it almost feels like it's blank, as if something very important was missing. And so, I have decided to completely redesign the site, basing the new design off of the Frutiger Aero and Y2K aesthetic, while also reflecting my current interests as well!

One of the reasons why I have rebranded my site is because I want to focus on my future career and reach more audiences with my work. Another reason why is because of the ongoing trend of flatter design and the rise of Generative AI art that has essentially plagued the modern age of the internet and technology. And as AI art continues to rise, stealing thousands of artwork from original artists, turning them into a mountain of soulless slop, I’ve asked myself:

"Why can’t there be more art that’s more original, colorful, and having soul? Why can’t we go back to the way things were?"

That's why I have made the decision to redesign the site.

I also have started to make music, and I have made a Soundcloud account about a month back and I want to release an album on there some time in the future, but I am still trying to find my style.

Other than that, I don’t have anything much to say here for now, today has been a crazy day in the rhythm game world, and tomorrow will only get crazier…
